Students approaching College Complete for information about post-secondary education opportunities, but who lack the crucial high school diploma credential, will now be referred to SHCOE as a means by which to overcome this barrier. Once the diploma is complete, students can then work with College Complete to advance their education with a traditional college degree or trade program.
